L'appartement est spacieux , bien équipé et proche du métro dans le centre historique de la vielle ville, en face du port.

Les fenêtres ne sont pas en double vitrage, du coup, le bruit de la route, et d' autoroute est vraiment gênant, y compris la nuit.
