Chios City Dwelling

The owners Mersini and Petros were very helpful and thoughtful in every aspect. They know and think what you may need and make the effort to provide you with those.

The ground floor was a bit cold initially but it was easily sorted with the A/C and dehumidifier.

The room was very clean and big. It has a comfort your own apartment. Owners of the place was in contact for everything and responding our questions vey fast. Thank you very much. We’d stay here again for our next trip. 😊

The location of the house, its cleanliness were perfect and everything in the house was useful. Mersini and Petros are great hosts and they are very helpful in everything so that you can feel like you are at home. Thanks to the hosts who we are very pleasure to meet, they will be our next choice of house in Chios again. :)

The location was excellent. It is about 2 minutes walk from the main square, 4 or 5 minutes walk from the sea front and about the same to a supermarket. The apartment was incredibly well equipped, with a big American style fridge and even a little toaster. They had provided complementary coffee, sugar, milk and coffee filters as well as tea bags, which was a first for me and a very welcome touch! The owners, Petros and Messina (hope I got the spelling correct), also live in the building and Petros runs the coffee place right next door, so help and information are always on hand if you need it. All I had to say was that I was looking for a nice place to eat and Messina sent me a whole list of options via WhatsApp and also suggested an agency when I mentioned I wanted to do a day tour. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!!

Absolutely nothing!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. The owners were incredibly friendly and sincere, the rooms were spotless and well-appointed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend Chios City Dwilling to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with friends and family. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

It was one of the most amazing stayings in my life. The availability and kindness of Mersini and Petros have really been the plus of this stay. We stayed 10 days and we definitely felt at home. The apt has everything you could need to feel at ease. At first glance, it may not seem perfect, but, if you ask or look better, everything has its way of working. The bed is very comfortable. For those who may be interested, there are two smart tvs. The position is the best you could find in Chios town, very close to the port, to the main shopping road, to the castle and all the other museums in town and to a quite big supermarket. From there you can easily visit the rest of the island (Pyrgi and Mesta are at 15/20km distance, NeaMoni is 14 km, ecc.). Mersini and Petros kept us a park place just in front of the house for the days we had the car and this is a huge thing since it is very very difficult to find parking in Chios. They also gave us tons of tips on where to go to eat or what to visit. It is difficult to express in a few words how amazing this stay was, but we would definitely go back tomorrow if we could.

Great appartement! Very close to everything you need. Wonderful hosts. We stayed for 2 weeks and had an amazing time!

Everything was as it should be. The location of the house was great. We were very happy that we could reach everywhere in a short time. The interior of the house is wonderfully thought out. It meets all your needs. We would also like to thank the landlord who was in constant contact with us for the apartment and did not lack interest.

There's nothing I don't like

The location is great, very close to everywhere. It was very clean, our host welcomed us very friendly and warmly. If I go again, I will definitely stay there again.🥰
