Ocean View Hideaway

The location was very central and there are sea views. But the windows were dirty and misted up. The people we dealt with were helpful and very nice.

The bottom of our normal height car scrapped the ground entering the carpark because the entrance ramp is so steep. We ran out of electricity and had breastmilk in the fridge. It was resolved but took several hours and lots of back and forth. We have a small baby and had to move furniture which revealed dirt and a sharp screw which would have been hazardous to our baby. In general it was not that clean anyway. No towel rail in the bathroom. The bin was broken and positioned right next to the sink so it was difficult to access the sink. Mattress was very soft The windows had secondary glazing. In between the windows and glazing it was very dirty with cobwebs and condensation. So you couldn’t see out of the windows a lot of the time.

Great location. Decor comfy beds

Bathroom was dirty and tired. Grubby bath matt in bath some towels although clean stained. Broken fan lampshade. Old socks under bed and biscuit wrapper. But dusty. Headboard radiators cover and curtain tie back not on wall just left on side

It was very comfortable and had most facilities needed
