Pleasantly decorated flat. Has a homely feel. Well-equipped kitchen but knives could be sharper. The location was good for where and what we wanted to visit - good for hiking and visiting NT or EH sites. Flat is situated on the High Street, close to eating places and shops.

The stools in the kitchen for use with the breakfast bar need to be repaired or changed - one could be sort of adjusted to the right height for use but could not rise back to its original height. Then other could not be adjusted at all. The microwave timer is faulty - it does not go to zero, however long you set for your food to warm up. Must stop it manually.

The apartment was very clean and modern. Everything you need there.

Nothing really. The parking was a bit of a pain. We wished we could have parked inside the gates.

The central location is perfect. Everything I needed to self-cater was there and information about local shopping and restaurants was provided.

Having to check the inventory, I found the written copy needs updating. This is minor though and did not detract from my enjoyment of the accommodation and the holiday.

Location was great as we were visiting friends in an adjacent street. Quiet and comfortable. Good parking right outside the property.

Had everything you could possibly need for a short trip away Was in a fab location Parking on site with one apartment but in public car park directly behind a gate costing just £4.80 for the day in the others

Being picky it was slightly unusual to have a sofa in kitchen area and no living room but with the space available it was the best that could be achieved.

Welcome cake, comfy bed, quiet location, clean and fairly well-equipped. Good value for money. Lovely village with close access to parking, shops, pubs and restaurants. Short driving distance to Ironbridge

Quite cramped and stuffy. Limited opening windows and no extract fan in the bathroom. No ice box in the fridge. One or two minor repairs required to lights and wash basin waste. Wi-Fi a bit flaky. TV instructions impenetrable

The location was perfect for where we wanted to travel.

The cleanliness of the place. So much dust, dirty windows. That place hadn't seen a cloth for weeks, the metal headboard was filthy, the light fitting covered in cobwebs, the back windows dirty. My husband has Asthma and COPD so dust isn't ideal.

Clean, warm, beautifully appointed and equipped. Had issue with internet Doug cam and sorted within 30mins. Very special little bolt hole Thank you
