Ralapela Eco Resort

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior at Ralepla Resort Dear Booking.com Team, I recently stayed at Ralepla Resort and had a very disappointing experience. The manager appeared to be intoxicated in the morning and was shouting at guests regarding payment. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Additionally, the rooms were not as shown in the photos online. The condition and quality did not match the images displayed on Booking.com, which felt misleading. I request that you please look into this matter seriously to prevent other travelers from facing a similar experience. Thank you.

Бунгало старое и нуждается в косметическом ремонте, но я не буду ставить плохую оценку, потому что за такую низкую цену вы ничего лучше не найдете. Идеально подходит для тех, кто хочет посмотреть ночью на черепах, переночевать и отправиться дальше

It has a huge natural vibe. Within the vicinity the wildlife is overwhelming. Great for turtle watching at night, but please keep your distance doing so.

There's not much I didn't like. But you shouldn't have high demands.

A lovely spot in the country, just a few seconds away from the beautiful beach! Bustling with wildlife, there was a peacock nesting in my ceiling, crab burrows all around my porch, troupes of monkeys roaming around, and huge monitor lizards crawling out of the lagoon! Reasonable priced, with friendly staff who'll open one of the many coconuts lying around for free, the only downside was that it was a little rundown - ceiling dropping some dirt onto one of the beds, a few ants in the room. And the WiFi barely reached the rooms. Aircon worked well. Definitely recommend if you are tough.

This has the potential to be a really lovely place but it just needs some improvements! The location is great, right next to the beach and the rooms are a good size with a clean bathroom/good water pressure. The AC works well But!

The WiFi and 4g doesn’t really reach the rooms There’s a lot of bugs in the rooms (not on the beds) which is understandable as it’s among the trees but just some bug spray provided would be good! The pillows smelt a bit weird maybe needed hanging out for a bit

Thanks to Dinith for the amazing hospitality! We had a great time! The location of the resort is excellent: in front of the ocean and next to the lake. The territory of the resort is very nice: spacious, green grass, clean pepper paths... High-quality and delicious breakfasts. We will definitely come to this place again!

Low internet signal. We went ashore to improve the signal.

A little bit worn down.

The hosts are lovely. We arrived later in the evening and they were super welcoming and caring. The breakfast was amazing and the stay itself is huge and super close to the beach. They just reopened after 6 years and it’s definitely worth supporting! We can only recommend :-)
