Tout s’est bien passé

The property was beautiful and green with stunning views. I loved the onsite restaurant and food with the stunning views over the Mekong. The exceptional staff and our tour kind made this a wonderful experience.

Clean rooms, big pool, bikes, view. Some interesting tours.

Facilities a bit tired. While there were some lovely exceptions, many staff didn't seem very friendly towards guests or enthusiastic about their jobs and seemed to spend a lot of time on their phones. Four nights was too long for us.

Very nice pool and the staff was friendly. The buffet breakfast was very nice. A highlight. Very peaceful place.

Not much going on in the immediate vicinity. We took their bicycles out for a ride but they were pretty beat up and made riding a bit unpleasant. Semi flat tires that wobble. Breaks that weren't 100% functional on the 2 bikes we used.

Incredible value for money. comfortable rooms. The semi outdoor bathroom is lovely.Restaurant was fine. Jacuzzi tub was nice but took some communication to get there. Staff in the restaurant were very nice. Very good massage at on site spa.

The resort was very clean itself but the surrounding area is not and sadly the river is full of debris. The excursions are very limited- I expected to have an excursion more on the water looking at how the Mekong serves the countries food supply and how the people live. Instead it was a quick trip to the other side of the river, a smaller hand powered boat trip down a canal which would have been nice except for the litter everywhere on and out of the water. Then onto tourist shops really. A bit disappointing. I know the staff are locals and not fully trained in hotel Management but the reception staff senior lady didn’t even smile on arrival. It’s a good value stay though but I wouldn’t go again
