To reach Mekong Lodge, the only way is by boat because the lodge is located on an island and lays just beside the Tien River. Therefore, please follow special check-in instruction as below to get the lodge: The lodge's meeting point in Cai Be is at Cai Be tourist harbor in Cai Be town, the coordinate on Google map is 10.328691, 106.033713 (Vietnamese is Bến đò du lịch Cái Bè tại Khu 2, Thị trấn Cái Bè, Huyện Cái Bè, Tỉnh Tiền Giang. ngay góc đường Xẻo Mây & Trưng Nữ Vương, tọa độ 10.328691, 106.033713). From Cai Be tourist harbor, the lodge will arrange free of charge a motor boat to pick you up and transfer you to the Lodge (10-15 mintues by boat) on check in date and transfer you back to Cai Be tourist harbor on check out date. Please call the lodge 30 minutes before you arrive Cai Be tourist harbor to make their proper arrangement for you.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Excellent staff, location and food, although a wider range of lighter food for lunchtime would have been our choice. Access to the local town via hotel push bikes and organised trips via the hotel.

Bikes although they we're fantastic, need an overhaul.

Le cadre est très beau. La piscine est grande et propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Les repas sont bons. Et le personnel très agréable.

Des fontaines à eau seraient très appréciables.

Veľmi pekny rezort, kde vas dovezú loďkou a privítajú nápojom. Tvorí to výborný uvítací dojem.

Kúpeľne trosku zle odvetravane ale veľmi efektne.

De kamer was basic, mooi resort maar alles was slecht onderhouden. Het zwembad was mooi.

Veel tegels lagen los en het was slecht onderhouden, erg jammer want het zou een paradijsje kunnen zijn. Kamers moeten nodig gerenoveerd worden!

Resort gần sông nên không khí trong lành, mát mẻ. Tiện nghi trong phòng khá đầy đủ. Ăn sáng với mình là vừa đủ, không có nhiều lựa chọn nhưng ăn vẫn no và ngon. Ăn trưa gọi món hợp khẩu vị gia đình mình. Có xe đạp miễn phí (có ghế em bé) mặc dù hơi cũ nhưng gia đình mình cũng có trải nghiệm khá vui. Mấy bạn nhân viên dễ thương.

Wifi phòng siêu chập chờn, cứ bị ngắt kết nối. Hồ bơi tại phòng có thể nhờ nhân viên thay nước nhưng còn hơi rêu.. Các ổ điện hơi thấp ngang tầm với trẻ nhỏ cũng khá nguy hiểm, resort nên thêm nút an toàn ổ điện ạ.
