La dimensione delle stanze, la posizione davvero molto strategica, vicino al mare, vicino la stazione dei treni, vicino a supermercati e bar, doccia e condizionamento buoni.

Un poco scomodo sono I tre piani da fare, lo avevamo messo in conto e, comunque, non hanno pesato nonostante viaggiavamo con due bambini piccoli. Roccalumera richiede molta attenzione riguardo i parcheggi, consiglio al proprietario di preparare una mappa con le opzioni per aiutare chi soggiorna.
