Room very comfortable and bed. Staff very friendly and helpful

Inside the room was dirty. Breakfast was so poor. U could choose only one thing to eat. When we ask for a coffee and a juice, they said we couldnt take 2 things. We took an apple juice that it was not fresh but bought at the market. We found a pair of unwashed panties inside the bathroom closet.

De service van het receptie personeel en de lokatie (direct aan het strand) was fenomenaal. Meer dan uitstekend. Ook de royale suite was boven verwachting luxe en ruim.

Helaas was het ontbijt niet in het hotel zelf maar bij een naburig restaurant. De keuze van het ontbijt menu was zeer beperkt en de keus voor het bijbehorende drankje helemaal (1 lokale koffie, Nescafe koffie of een juice).

The hotel is part of a larger building that includes another hotel and private apartments, and there are no visible signs with the hotel’s name, which made it hard to find. During the booking, I requested one parking spot per apartment (we booked three), and the hotel confirmed this by asking for our license plate numbers. We even followed up during the trip and were reassured that parking was reserved. However, upon arrival—after a long drive—we were told there were no available spots and were advised to park on the street or in unmarked areas within the garage, including ramps. It took us over two hours to find parking. No apology was offered; instead, we were asked to pay the full amount in advance, plus a €50 deposit per family. When a parking spot finally became available the next day, we had to leave a €20 deposit for the key. The apartments are fairly new but not properly cleaned. The carpet was stained, and although the number of guests was clearly stated in the reservation, the sofa beds were not set up, there was missing bed linen, and towels were provided for only two people per apartment. There’s no hotel kitchen—breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant and includes a choice between two sandwiches or croissants, plus a glass of water. The only real highlight was the terrace with a beautiful sea view. Otherwise, the experience did not meet expectations, especially regarding service and cleanliness.

Alles war super und wir können nur weiter empfehlen.Wir kommen auch auf jeden Fall noch einmal um es zu genießen. Sehr gute Lage und sehr strandnah. Der Geschäftsführer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider nur die Lage.

Bei der Ankunft hat das Personal kaum englisch gesprochen. Unsere Karten/ Schlüssel für Zimmer haben nicht funktioniert. W-LAN- kaum Empfang bis gar keins. TV- kein einziger Sender hat funktioniert. Das Zimmer war neben dem Aufzug welcher sehr laut war- der Schalf war nicht sehr erholsam.

Tesisin kendine ait otoparkı var ama giriş biraz zor :) bunu çözmeye çalıştıklarını söylediler. Kahvaltılı rezervasyon yaparsanız otelin bir yanındaki restoranta yönlendiriyorlar ve güzel doyurucu ürünleri var biz memnun kaldık. Deniz tatili düşünenler için harika bir yer. Yalan olmasın 10-15 adımda denizdesiniz. İsterseniz şezlong kiralayabilirsiniz ya da havlunuzu serip istediğiniz gibi denize girebilirsiniz. Son olarak otel yeni devir alınmış sanırım biraz eksiklikler olabiliyor ama hep yapıcı ve çözümle yaklaşıyorlar. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık.
