The breakfast spread each morning was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The staff running the breakfast service were always friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant start to the day. A special shout-out goes to the laundry ladies for their hard work and dedication. These details make a big difference! The reception staff were truly outstanding. Jelena and Malik, in particular, made the stay comfortable and memorable. They offered helpful recommendations, answered questions, and assisted with any requests, always with a warm and welcoming smile. Their professionalism and kindness stood out.
