Un superbe séjour à Ouzoud ! L’accueil a été formidable du début à la fin. Toute l’équipe était aux petits soins et toujours disponible pour nous conseiller et nous aider. La propreté de l’hôtel était irréprochable et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison tout au long du séjour. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse, votre professionnalisme et votre bienveillance. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

"C'est vraiment bof, dommage."

L'accueil. l'emplacement.

Vétusté, pas d'eau à notre arrivée, clim inefficace, petit déj passable avec beaucoup d'abeilles, café en poudre instantané, chasse d'eau que j'ai dû réparé moi même, débit d'eau faible par moment, une ampoule dans la chambre, porte qui ne ferma pas donnant sur une terrasse collective.....pas cher c'est tout. Sinon personnel très accueillant et souriant.
