MYI really like D'terrace because of the reasonable price. The view from the room is straight to Mount Kinabalu. Very worth it! The room is clean. The amenities in the room are enough! very nice and friendly welcome! next time I will choose d'terrace to stay ❤️❤️❤️✨
MYMYMYNice view of Mt Kinabalu. Friendly and helpful owner. There's a cafe with nice food, operated by the owner's friend nearby. Near Kundasang town center and many attractions. Facilities are not bad considering it is in the mountains.
We 6 people stay in one single unit without separate rooms, so a lot of noise. Weird unit design (one of the beds is in a weird location). Body wash and shampoo are not provided, so travellers should prepare themselves.

LTThe view from this place is outstanding. It literally takes your breath away. You can see the mountain from all rooms and also the common area, which has seating, fridge, stove and all plates and utensils. The room is spotless and has a kettle, some dishes, coffee. There is a hairdryer, which is very helpful on a humid day. But the thing we liked the most about staying here was meeting the hostess Dr. Vasanthi and her family, who are extremely nice and helpful people. We learned a lot about the local culture and the way of life. We had a great stay and wished it was longer.

AUGreat location. Close to town and other attractions. Fantastic view of Mt Kinabalu from the room. Just open the door at sunrise and enjoy the picturised views with a cup of hot coffee in your hands.
Parking and steep road leading up to the place. We went there during mid-week (as advised by friends). Were told that Kundasang will usually be packed with visitors and tourists during weekends. As there were not many guests when we were there we didn't have to "fight" to get a parking space.
