Good communication with host. Everything was smooth. The apartment and surroundings are charming.

Apartament was perfectly clean and very well kept. Looks like brand new, kitchen fully equipped, basically all you need. Host was brilliant, great contact, made good recommendations and was very helpful. Parking was 1€ per day due to her kindness. Train station to Florence 15min walking from apartment. Great view for the castle. Fully recommend yo everybody!! 12/10!!

Great location in Prato. Spacious apartment. Great for families. Restaurants close by. Miriam left out lots of toys for our 9 month old son to play with.

The widows view is perfect,we can see that Castle perfectly and I like it!

Great location! Right in front of the castle. The host was very helpful and available to answer any questions. The apartment had everything, even something for breakfast. Parking was available for €1. We were granted a late checkout which was greatly appreciated!

Location. Some food supplies. Polka dot bed sheets. Very friendly hosts, if a bit difficult to reach.

Odours, calcified water kettle, dusty and sticky surfaces and handles, Saturday night noise (nothing to do about that).

Well equipped apartment especially for families with little kids. This was by far the most child friendly establishment that we have visited with our kid in the past two years. Location is great and check-in process was smooth. Ideal for exploring Florence and surroundings. Finally, Miriam is great host going above and beyond to accommodate all that guests need.

Loud music from the neighbor, but it did end before midnight.

Miriam was there on arrival to explain everything to us in English. We loved the apartment from the start: so much character, such a great location opposite the castle and a short walk to all the attractions of this city. Just a 13 minute walk to the station and a train to Florence takes another 15 minutes. But you're out of the bustle and tourist traffic in Prato: you can relax properly at this lovely apartment. I particularly appreciated the washing machine, dryer, iron and board, the aircon and the espresso machine! The electrical sockets are old fashioned but Miriam provides adaptors for modern appliances. I hope we come back again: we really enjoyed staying here!

The host is very friendly and courteous, Miriam welcomed us and handed over the keys. She gave us many helpful hints. She gave us lots of practical tips on places to see in Florence and the best places to eat. Very friendly and welcoming host. Breakfast was left on the table by the host - toast, jam, etc. Great location about 15 minutes peaceful walk to the Prato train station. Only 2 stations to the centre of Florence. Prato is a great starting point for exploring Florence. There is a street in front of flat with many paid parking spaces. Note the colours of the parking spaces - white - free, blue - paid, yellow - spaces for goods suppliers only, red - no parking. The flat is great, contact with the owner prompt. Thanks to the host's kindness, we were able to move in earlier so we could freshen up and explore beautiful Florence for longer. The flat is perfectly clean. The free wifi internet worked perfectly. I would also highly recommend walking around Prato at night, lots of great places to eat and enjoy.
