"Terrible"

Except the location, everything was terrible. They charged us Rs.12900 for 4 nights, although we booked 4 nights for rs. 11500 at booking.com.

Rooms were extra small, bathrooms were tiny, no hot water beds were not clean, used bedsheets were used. Pillow covers were not washed, hairs of previous occupants could be seen. After repeated request, they didn't change. Towels were given after two days of stay. No room service. They changed us 12900/ instead of rs.11500( at booking.com)
