Good water pressure, friendly staff, good Wi-Fi. Working AC.

Strong cigarette odor in rooms and the lobby, there is a big gap between the floor and the door. The rooms are simple and overpriced. The reception asked you to pay extra $20 if you make a payment by card. Outside looks very dirty, windows face inside the building area with AC units and garbage.
