מיקום מעולה, מרפסת חמודה, מטבח מאובזר, בעל בית זמין.

הממ"ד (חשר השינה השני) אינו פתוח לאף כיוון אויר - החלון נפתח לחדר השינה השני ולמעשה קשה לאוורר אותו ולהכניס אור טבעי. מיטות לא כל כך נוחות. היתה רק שמיכה אחת, היתר היו כירבוליות שלא ממש הספיקו לשנת לילה (היינו 4 אנשים)
