That it was close to conveniences.

It was extremely noisy, the apartment was very hot, no fans available. If the windows were open you couldn't hear yourself think because of the noise. Entry to the block of apartments was troublesome.

"Lovely spacious apartment. A bit tires but very clean. Expensive"

This apartment was very large , comfortable and clean.. However , the code entrance situation was difficult for a couple of pensioners . There was a smashed window in entrance . Looked a bit rough. Very convenient and close.to amenities . But so noisey
