The hotel is located in 2 minutes walk from the beach, the rooms are neat and have modern powerful ACs. You can also visit yoga classes on the roof of the building, from which opens a beautiful view on the lighthouse and sea. While located not directly on the beach, the hotel enjoys relative calm and quite surroundings. Plus it’s a couple of minutes walk from the hotel to a taxi pickup point

There‘s no restaurant at the hotel, so one has to go somewhere else to have a breakfast, but there are plenty of cafes in the area

Only that this so called hotel com resort which is no better than a delipadated Sarai is near the beautiful Kovlam Beach

No TV, No epbx, no lift, no chairs the room has just a double bed with delapidated toilet. The view from window blocked by concrete structure within touching distance from the balcony. The property is attended to by only one person who does not provide any thing not even drinking water. You will have to fetch your own water.

Location is good and very good staff.... Always helping if we want something

Hotel staff behaviour was good and they were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with nice sea view.

There is no elevator so some may have problem.
