Park Villa Homestay

Property was very clean, tidy, organised and spacious.

We consider the house quite clean and location is not a problem for us since we drive.

In my opinion, the property is not properly equipped as a homestay. It is advertised as a house that fit more than 12 pax. But, there is only 2 toilets and bath. There is no bath towels supplied, only 2 toilet rolls given, no shampoo supply, etc. The toilets water closet fills up very slowly, so we have to flush using water filled in a bucket. There is the issue of slippery bathroom floor. While bathing the floor is wet and slippery, there should have a rubber mat for safety. A double bed sleeps 2 pax is given a fleece blanket fix for 1 person, etc. These shortcomings need attention.

Overall nice homestay to stay for our big family with our parents (elderly people) and kids with nice room n big space hall - fully aircond 👍

The house was very clean and spacious.. suitable for big family coz all 4 rooms were opened The host was very accommodating and responsive to our requests

The front door grill needs a replacement (loose and difficult to lock/ unlock) If water purifier provided it would be perfect 😊

Spacious and clean. Really comfortable to stay with family members. Good management
