"Poor staff attitude very unhelpful making stay unpleasant."

Bed was comfy. Good view.

Staff were unhelpful, especially when asking for directions as not all their lifts are accessible to level 50 and it’s very confusing for us first timers. Our bathroom water was also clogged but we were too tired to raise any more complaints as the housekeeping was very unfriendly when we had to get body shampoo from them as only 2 same shampoo was provided. Also did not mention regarding early check in (as stated “includes early check in” during booking) require additional payment and will be provided room without view.

We love the heated pool located at level 13 and the restaurant in level 12.

I booked 2 rooms however 1 room was not ready till 4.30pm but the check in time is from 3.00pm. I guess the hotel in to improve on this. No self laundry service nor in house laundry.
