"Gem of a find"

Nipoh Beach Cottage is a gem of a find. The proprietor, Puan Selina is very friendly and accommodating. Made sure we were comfortable. Feels like she's welcoming us to her home. I can see a lot of pride was put into setting up and running the place. The breakfast included made up of different local dishes such as laksam, nasi Dagang, nasi lemak and also toast, peanut butter and jam for those who prefers that. A little something for everyone. Free flow of 3-in-1 coffee and also tea throughout the day. Hot and cold water dispenser is conveniently placed next to the food table.

The beach nearby needs to be cleaned. Lots of debris around. Not in the property of Nipoh Beach Cottage. Perhaps the community in Kijal can look into a joint effort to clean up the beaches in the area
