Klima hat nicht das komplette Zimmer gekühlt, da das Zimmer mit einem Raumteiler getrennt war

The staff was nice and they helped us to solve the problems

The hotel was really messy and neglected. The walls were dirty, wall painting was coming out, there were broken plugs and door was not working well. We rented the room with jacuzzi and they said it was not working, the machine just had broken and they changed our room after the first night to a one which was working. In the other room the jacuzzi was not working properly either and one could see the silicone patches everywhere. It wasn’t fully cleaned as well. On top of that, the breakfast had nothing to do with the pictures they uploaded on the site. It is just a couple of slices of cheese, tomatoes and cooked eggs. All in all, it has nothing to do with the pictures they uploaded. The quality is really low and it feels almost like a scam. The prices they ask are really high for what they offer.

But the hotel is really not recommended! So very very dirty in rooms. Garbage is everywhere and even near the bed. You can see my photos. The condition of the windows in the hotel is such that the windows cannot be closed. And nobody fixes it! Such a terrible Turkish tomorrow I have not seen before anywhere in Turkey. I’m totally Not Recommend this hotel

The room was spacious and sea facing.

We paid for breakfast but all we got was bread butter and jam. The room was run down , blinds broken , jacuzzi not working, no proper lighting in the bathrooms.

Bonjour, j’ai passer une nuit dans votre hôtel, votre hôtel est une catastrophe il devrait fermer. Notre chambre a été inondé l’eau tombait du plafond, le plafond est délabrer et les rideaux était casser. je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi catastrophique avec un prix aussi élever. J’ai pris toute les vidéos je souhaite un dédommagement très rapide. Je suis partie au levée de soleil tellement la chambre est pitoyable. Heureusement que le jeune homme qui était là a été agréable et essayais de gérer l’ensemble des clients qui avais tous un problème ce soir là. Merci de me dédommager cette nuit sur mon moyen de paiement. Inadmissible

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, weil die beliebtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe auffindbar und recht schnell und einfach mit dem Taxi erreichbar sind. Es gibt aber auch tolle Plätze, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und auch hilfsbereit, wenn man spezielle Fragen zur Umgebung hat. Man kann sein Frühstück sogar auf sein Zimmer bringen lassen. Unser entzückendes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer bot einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer, was unser persönliches Highlight war.

Leider hat mir nicht gefallen, dass es keinen offiziellen Zimmerservice gibt. Das Zimmer wird nur dann geputzt, wenn man das Anliegen in der Rezeption anspricht. Auf Sauberkeit sollte auf jeden Fall mehr Wert gelegt werden. Außerdem finde ich es problematisch, dass das Rauchen in den Zimmern erlaubt ist. Nicht jeder Hotelbesucher ist Raucher und das sollte auch berücksichtigt werden. Das Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. Wir bekamen jeden Morgen dasselbe Tablett serviert und es gab lediglich türkischen Tee zum Trinken. Ich hätte mir z.B. gerne einen Orangensaft oder Kaffee gewünscht. Das Esszimmer ist wunderschön, sehr geräumig und hätte genug Platz für ein kleines vielfältiges Buffet oder eine einfache Kaffeemaschine.
