I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely due to the friendly staff. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was met with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. The staff were not only professional but also eager to help with any requests I had. Their hospitality truly elevated my experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay.

The staff is incredible, extremely helpful and always attentive to our needs, they were, no doubt, the biggest highlight of our stay at this place.

The rooms and installations in general are old and in need of maintenance, the AC was very weak, the windows faced a wall, in general the room was below our expectations.

O positivo: localização (conhecemos a cidade a pé), perto de tudo mas sem ouvir o barulho dos bares que os ocidentais frequentam; a simpatia dos funcionários e o facto de ter piscina. Negativo: Cama super desconfortável, todos os dias acordámos com dores nas costas. Revela desgaste, buracos etc; Talvez erro nosso por não termos reparado (a verdade é que é achamos que é um bem tão básico, como os produtos de higiene) mas o quarto não tem televisão. Só nos deram 2 toalhas por dia (para banho e rosto) com aspecto velho e gasto; O cofre do quarto nao funcionava, reclamamos e nada aconteceu; O nosso quarto era virado para uma escola, a partir das 06h30 am (naturalmente) ouve-se os gritos das crianças; Nem podemos falar de falta insonorização, uma vez que as portas revelam frinchas; A cortina do duche nao vê um bom banho há anos, estava completamente nojenta.

Amazing stay! The staff was super friendly, ready to help at any moment, very respectful to everyone and took the time to explain all the facilities including at our stay. Loved every single small attention they’ve prepared for us. By far the best accommodation we had during our trip.
