Très bon emplacement car proche du centre mais très bruyant avec l'école à côté. Personnel de l'accueil très agréable et serviable. Par contre petit déjeuner insuffisant, des cocktails très limités en alcool malgré le prix et propreté dans une des salles de bain à revoir (rideau de douche)

Beautiful surroundings and first class service from the very friendly staff, especially Botin. We would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and stay here again ourselves. Botin organized our trip to Angkor Wat(we'd already got the tickets online). He arranged a guide for us who was very good and also arranged tuk tuk rides into town and back. The location is good too.

The atmosphere, service, aesthetic styling and comfort of this hotel are all exceptional. Staff couldn’t do enough for us (particular thanks to William, our guest manager) and the vibe is high end without pretension. The wrap around pool area is gorgeous.

La chambre donnait sur la cour d'une école primaire, hyper bruyante dès 7 heures du matin. Les transats sont collés les uns aux autres autour d'une petite piscine. Le matelas etait très fatigué. Une grande penderie mais pas d'étagère ni de cintres. Le rideau moisi de la douche. Pas de tapis de sortie de douche et pas de serviette au lavabo des toilettes, même après les avoir réclamés.

ナイトマーケットからほど近く、フラッと夕食を食べに出かけるのに便利。 朝ごはんが充実しており、ローカルフードからフレンチトーストまで幅広いメニューでした。 部屋も十分広くくつろぐことができますし、 スタッフさんも親切で困ったことがあればすぐ対応してくれるのでありがたい。

スリッパが使い回しのゴム？製のものなので気になる人は使い捨てを持っていった方が良い。 ドライヤーの風力が弱いので髪の毛を乾かすのに時間がかかりました。 施設の充実度に対してホテル代がとにかく安いのでコスパを考えたら◎です。
