Inside was spacious and felt like home

The place was Not properly cleaned. Very dusty, and dirty spots. lots of nats flying all around the home, there was leaking during the hurricane that covered the hallway and down stairs bathroom.

Well kept facilities with nice pool area, excellent location two blocks from 5th Avenue and 10-15 minutes walking distance to Mamitas beach, 7eleven at the corner, three superstores 5 minutes walking, spacious appartment, easy check-in and out. Free parking and clear instructions to use the parking garage. There is a washing machine. Good attendance by the host. 300 meters from ADO Station (Terminal ADO Alterna). We liked the apartment and would stay there again.

Cleanliness can be improved, I had two remarks on this matter and they were corrected timely by the host. Some cooking utensils are old and should be replaced. There were no kitchen towels. The door of one of the rooms does not close properly. Furniture a bit worn out.

Location, very close to 5th avenue, security, inside a complex with security guards, big space in the house, great response time from the host via whatsapp.

Basically the place was not properly clean, towels were not clean, bathroom smell bad, kitchen doors misaligned (not closing properly), dust in the closets, bathroom windows and bathtub dirty.
