- Hotel is generally very well maintained and modern - Lounge provides a generous selection of drinks - Staff is quite helpful - Decent view of Hakodate
- Hotel rooms have poor soundproofing, so you may occasionally hear others from your room - There’s a balcony but it’s locked as an emergency evacuation route, which is a pity

The room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the nice shower with very strong water pressure! The view from the 8th floor room is amazing. The breakfast buffet was nice with plenty of choices. The front desk services staff were very polite and patient.

"A pleasant location to stay away from the bustling side of town."

Hotel was in a rather quiet spot of town. The room size was just nice for 2 guests each (we had 5 rooms located together). It was also nice to have free flow of beverages in the evening/night to close the day - we enjoyed this very much.
The car park was a good 250-300m walk from the hotel; a more deserted location. Unfortunately for us, both of our nights staying here had been raining and very windy (even the hotel brollies didnt help). So walking to/fro was quite a hassle.
