The staff was really really good, they were truly helpful and the environment of the hotel was cool & homely even the owner himself came in the morning asked for our feedback and experience overall. there was a girl & boy who helps in kitchen and house keeping were really helpful I was travelling with my 9 months old baby and they were really joyful and managed her cooking oats and other meal. I Loved my stay

Not customer friendly We were not happy with our stay. First, we booked 4 nights by mistake but informed the property at check-in that we would only stay for 3 nights. They assured us it was not a problem. However, at checkout, we were still charged for 4 nights, and when we raised the issue, they refused to take any responsibility and simply blamed Booking.com. This felt very unfair and unprofessional. Second, we were told they accept international credit cards, but at checkout, they insisted on Indian credit cards or UPI payments, which caused unnecessary stress. We had only international cards. Lastly, there was ongoing construction work at the property, which was never mentioned at the time of booking. We would not recommend this property, especially to international travelers expecting transparency and basic customer service.
