We did not even enter because I wasn't advise that property is rent it to other people at the same time. At the moment I paid the web page didn't say anything clear about it. It was also very difficult to contact the host to know the instructions to enter, I had to call Booking to help me contacting and we waited about half an hour outside. After all, the host did not refund the money and we had to go to a hotel.

The description of where you stay is misleading. Says you have a 900+ sqr. foot house. When you get there you have only a bedroom, in a home that is lived in. When trying to talk to the owner, he was rude and threatening. I wanted to cancel the reservation because of being misleading, booking.com would not help me

Nice Property. Clean room, smelled good. Clean towels and wash cloths.

Property management & Customer Service & fee for room stay wasn’t reasonable & no refund given for inconvenience on Home host’s error when booking property.
