Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern. Gehobenere Klasse, sehr sauber und alles neu. Parkgarage ist sehr hilfreich. Anfahrt sehr einfach. Zentrale Lage: vieles ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Carlos ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auf Englisch kommt man gut miteinander zurecht. Schlüsselübergabe war sogar nach 24 Uhr noch möglich. SmartTV inkl. freien Netflix Zugang.

Die 300€ Kaution fanden wir nervig, vor allem wenn eine Übergabe vor Abreise dadurch notwendig ist.Carlos war da zwar entgegenkommend, aber ohne Kaution wäre es deutlich angenehmer gewesen. Es wäre nett gewesen den Tiefgaragenstellplatz von Anfang an zu erhalten und nicht 2 Tage vor Abreise, da die Parksituation abends aufgrund der vielen Taxis problematisch ist. Auch der Zweitschlüssel zur Wohnung bei 5 Personen wäre von Anfang an nett gewesen. Ein paar mehr Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen wären noch gut gewesen.
