景色が最高でした。 静かに休息もできて気分転換になりました。
大きな蜘蛛とゴキブリが出ました。 ゴキブリは殺して蜘蛛はスタッフの方が対応して下さいました。 カメムシ用の殺虫剤しかなかったようなので、できれば常備して下さい。

フロントスタッフさんは片言の日本語で通じなく主人が英語で対応してくれて助かりました。フロントのスタッフさんは笑顔で好印象です。 たまたま女性は私だけでゆっくりできました。
チェックインや立寄り湯で一組でも他の人と重なると時間がかかる。 アルコールの自販機も今は停止。 露天風呂も今後目処が立たない閉鎖中。 女性はアメニティが綿棒すらないので注意。

Quick and easy check in. Very nice onsen.
It didn't snow.... Futons were a little stiff, but that's normal. I've only ever been to one hotel that had perfect futons...

今回とても広い部屋を使わせて頂き、助かりました。料理も大変美味しく頂きました。
時期的にしょうがないと思いますが、露天風呂に入れなかったのが残念でした。
