Location, it was really close to the sea and round the corner there was 24h convenient store. Next to the hotel there was a great place where we had meals. I liked also that we had everything in our place, including TV, a laundry machine, refrigerator and kitchen appliances. It's a huge plus. Another good thing was the water suspensor and free tea bags. The stuff was nice too. During our stay nobody interrupted us, it was another good thing there. We spent 9 nights there and overall it was almost a perfect stay.

The only bad thing we experienced and I wanted to warn other guests, that you may not be given a sea view from a balcony. It was not the same as shown at the photo. There is a tall building in front of the hotel and another building under construction that made noise even at night. It's also not completely dark at night, coz you can't cover the balcony door. The light from the street was annoying. The balcony was 1 m × 1m. I wouldn't call it a balcony. If you expect a balcony with a great view on the sea and where you can watch the sunset drinking coffee, you should choose another hotel or maybe ask for a room on a top floor. But overall, I rate this hotel our best stay in Vietnam. I give this hotel 9, not 10, only because of that fact. The rest was great, especially taking into account the price.

The staff welcomed us at reception and offered to change the sheets, which were dirty

The room had not been cleaned, it had mould smeared across the walls above the bed, the sheets were dirty with hair and stains and the whole room smelled damp and mouldy. The kitchen had dirt on the counters and the cupboards were full of old food crumbs and dirt. We immediately messaged the hotel when we looked at the sheets, and they came up and offered to change them, placing the clean sheets on top of the dirty ones on the bed before changing. They told us the room could not be cleaned until the next day, we asked could we be moved to a clean room, they said they were full. I have not received a refund yet from them, we stayed in another hotel close by.

Everything was good

Beautiful location, small but clean room. Something I needed - a kettle, even the microwave was organised for me. Tuan is very polite, respectful, has a very good English and was sufficient in organising the excursion and booking for me, translating phone calls etc. Hien is kind and nicely smiling at all times. Shops and restaurants nearby make it convenient for eating out.

The construction site near the Appartment was a bit noisy.

The staffs were excellent and went beyond to make sure our stay pleasant. Vũ & Tuấn & Trúc were friendly and professional, always greeted us with a smile.
