The room is abit small but its good for location

Hahaha! I actually do not want to write a review because I don't want people to know about this place. But I owe it to them for a wonderful stay. The location is right in the action but off it too. Moonmilk is just right behind. It is very quiet on this quaint stress. Less than half a minute to the beach. I like that I have a choice of everything without being caught in the middle of the rowdiness. I enjoy cooking a little during travels and the kitchen is newly fixed and very clean. My highlight has to be all the staff. My checked me in and helped me with the equipping the kitchen. The washing machine in my studio was broken but My went above and beyond to do my laundry for me. Thanks My! She always makes sure there is water in the dispenser. Anya is fun and bubbly if you want to hang out downstairs for a chat. Kin, I have to thank you for doing my laundry too. And letting me use the toilet passed checking out time. My stomach bug unfortunately acted up on the last day before going to the airport and I was projectile vomiting. Thank you Kin for helping me buy sugarcane juice and use the toilet. I will see all of you very soon! (Oh, the toilet and shower separates western style.)

At this price, this place is really worth it. I recommend you to book a room here + Great location as it only takes me 1 minute to get to the beach. + Rooms are clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine for those who intend to stay long term + The staff here are always happy and very supportive. Even though I returned to the apartment very late and had problems, they were still willing to help me + And what really impresses me here is that there is a safe in the room, it helps me secure my important documents and I have complete peace of mind when going out. + It's also very convenient here because there are many entertainment, dining, and entertainment spots around …I will definitely come back here if I come here again

The apartment was very comfortable. I only stayed for a week but could stay long term comfortably. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Mỹ even let me rent his personal scooter when I was in need.

No complaints

The apartments are simple but good. The attendants, Tuan and My, provided us with very good customer service. They are the best assets of the business. We understand that the owners of the business were behind the attendants accommodating our requests. Our requests were always based on the information included in Booking.com. Tuan also helped us, during check in, finding a room with ocean views , for the next day. The business accommodated all our needs including additional cooking utensils. Congratulations.

1 - The smell of mould, on the right side of the room, near the front window. It was not a strong smell but it was clear the infiltration of water through the wall on the front corner of the room, creating mould and bubbling the paint. 2 - I suggest the business to me more transparent on their claims at Booking.com (e.g. beachfront and ocean views). The location of The Light Apartment is good. However it is not waterfront, as stated at Booking.com, and not all front apartments have ocean views. There is a tall building in front of the apartments, around 15 metres distance. Only Apartments, at the front, above 3rd floor can see the ocean if the guest goes to the main window of the room and turn the head to the right hand side. Using transparency, when advertising the apartments, only add value for the good work and services that the owners and attendants of the apartments are providing to the guests.

The staff was courteous and I have no complaints about them.

I reserved a room with a sea view. The staff was friendly, and I have no complaints about them. However, I didn't get any sea view; instead, there was a view of a construction site completely obstructing the sea. The windows were extremely dirty. The bed had a worn-out mattress and bedding that smelled like musty dishcloths. It felt like thousands of tourists had sweated in those cloths; the bedding was old and poorly laundered. The room was very gloomy. The towels were similarly worn-out and smelled musty. Half of the cutlery was missing. The TV was dirty and stained. The floors were dirty. The rug at the entrance to the shower room — I wouldn't dare step on such a rug. Overall, everything was very worn-out, old, and dirty. In short, the description does not match reality; there is definitely no sea view. Of course, the hotel allegedly had a broken card terminal, so I barely scraped together some cash—I'm annoyed by this. I don't believe for a second that the terminal was broken. The rating is clearly inflated, and I don't understand how this happened... How did it get such a rating? I didn't even stay the night there; I just left for another hotel. The staff seemed genuinely surprised as to why I was leaving early from what they considered such a clean room. They spent a long time inspecting the room in the hope of finding something wrong while I waited downstairs and wasted my time. In my opinion, the hotel does not even meet the minimum sanitation requirements for accommodation.

The hotel is in good location. Very near to the beach and with a lot of restaurants/bars/coffees around. The equipment of the room is as described. Kitchen is small but alright for breakfast or very simple cooking.

A few things: - Room smells a lot by smoke. Especially cabinets, drawers and curtains. I told them on upon my arrival, but they didn't do anything about it. - The room claim to have daily cleaning. After 2 weeks with no cleaning I asked about it, and we agreed on cleaning 2x/week and they somehow did it. - The noise from outside can be heard in the room. There is some discotheque/club near by which plays loud music until late night (2-3am) almost every day.
