Really Friendly staff, Nice location, peaceful. Adequate parking available. Fully equipped private kitchen. Clean.

I recieved an email stating I had to pay a £150 security deposit from the hotel after booking through booking.com. The room wasn't as pictured, The shower enclosure is small, water pressure is a trickle, and temperature fluctuates involuntarily from freezing cold to really hot. No heating in the kitchen area. Draughty door leading to outside.

Was a homestay whilst having work to own home completed great location between home as needed and work and perfect amenities warm and cosy had everything for a longer stay great parking and was in easy reach of coastal north Wales for odd days out and local towns for shopping
