Lift wasn't working and staff didn't help with the luggage. Then there is a very noisy church adjacent. The pricing is on the higher side for the experience and ambience.

The location was very favorable.

The location is perfect, you wake up with the perfect view of Mount Kenya, landmark and restaurants are just walking distance. Cozy, 3 bedroom house, with all essentials. Hot water shower, wifi

We had to pay extra at the property, it is not the same as listed The house was dusty, stuffy. Probably some cleaning and ventilation before the guest arrive.

It was value for money, was easy to find and it's near a food court. the first guy we spoke to was helpful to advise where we could eat and the opening hours.

The rooms were quite dusty, they had been cleaned several days earlier but not dusted before we checked in. When we came back at night after we had enquired if it was okay to go out, we had to call for someone to come open, and waited in the middle of the night outside. Knocking didn't reach the guard or receptionist
