GBWe had a very enjoyable stay here. It is a beautiful house, and the hosts were very welcoming. We had the twin room, which was large and, as it is on the corner had two windows giving plenty of light and a mountain view from one. The bathroom (including a bath and bath robes) was also very spacious. There is a very nice garden with comfy furniture which can be used by guests. The area is so quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was good, cereals, fruit and freshly prepared full cooked breakfast. We enjoyed being able to walk into Dolgellau in the evening, it’s only takes a few minutes. I would recommend the food at Y Sospan. This hotel is very difficult to find, I would suggest reading some of the reviews on Booking.com. or asking the owners for directions.
Dolgellau is easy to find, but from the town to the hotel was difficult, narrow streets and easy to miss turns. Make sure to get good directions from the town.
GBThe property is stunning, located in a great area that oversees the river and mountain. Both hosts are amazing people and not only as hosts. We really enjoyed our stay with our 2 month old. It felt like staying with family. Could not recommend more.

Very narrow access in the streets to the property - but that’s clearly common in Dolgellau.
GBThe hosts Betty & Richard were very welcoming & the room was so cosy & comfortable. Proper coffee & fresh milk (in a little fridge) and a decent size mug in the room. Room was quiet even with the window open at night. Full English (Welsh?) breakfast, choice of cereals, toast, fresh fruit & yoghurts for breakfast to set you up for the day.

DKA beautiful building with lots of space to relax. Wonderful hosts made us feel like special guests and had lots of tips about things to do in the area. Everything had a personal touch. Situated in a lovely town with friendly locals.
