New property and facilities facilities. Need to maintain the environment and facilities well.

To consider below facilities in future:- 1) hotel type freezer 2) kitchenette such as medium size pan. 3) pest control. 4) air con in the premises such as hall and bed rooms. 5) maintain the bathroom water drainage from clog. 6) suitable hanger such as rail type hanger instead of hook type hanger for shirt and other dresses. 7) install the indoor antenna for television instead of Bluetooth connection to watch TV.
