Appartamento spazioso e silenzioso. Praticamente nuovo e ben tenuto. Girando nel quartiere si riesce a trovare parcheggio agevolmente se non si riesce di fronte all'appartamento.

Purtroppo dal bagno si sente odore di scarico, probabile per la conformazione delle tubature. La seconda camera che non abbiamo usato è praticamente cieca. Ha una finestra alta a vasistas che affaccia verso il soggiorno.
