P Koklas Apartments

Het appartement lig op een heuvel met uitzicht op Zakynthos stad. Er zit een groot balkon bij van ongeveer 10 x 3 waar je de hele dag in de schaduw kunt zitten. Daarvoor kun je nog in de zon zitten. Het appartement heeft alles voor een fijn verblijf. De eigenaresse is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Er word dagelijks schoongemaakt en schone handdoeken en elke 3 dagen een schoon bed. Eigenlijk een hotelfunctie alleen heb je er hier een heel appartement voor! Supermarkt op loopafstand. Stad zelf is 25 min lopen en goed te doen. Rustig complex. Het is een pand met 4 appartementen en 6 kamers. Airconditioning in de slaap en woonkamer. 2 badkamers met douche/wc. Rustige omgeving. We hebben genoten!

The property was fully equipped with everything someone needs on vacation. The view was remarkable and the location was awesome 10 min from all the locations.

It was a beautiful property very clean.

The apartment is very comfortable, very clean -which is important, equipped with everything necessary. The terrace has a wonderful view over the sea and town, it’s quiet and peaceful - just exactly what I needed. I don’t want to focus the attention on minor details. We spent a great time.

Impeccable cleanliness. Everything superlative. I found hand napkins, candies on the table, sponge dishes. Absolutely nothing was missing: shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap at your discretion, dero.

The bathroom smelled bad..

Host was not present upon arrival, which was conserning in the beginning as we could not open the lockbox to collect the keys ourselves but fortunately the response was very quick when asked for help. What is more, the appartment had all the accomodations (fridge, washer, utencils, kitchen, oven etc.) and the bathroom had shower gel and shampoo which is very thoughtful considering the price we paid. The only thing missing was capsules for the washing machine, but the host was very helpful and responsive when we asked for capsules. Overall, I would rate the hospitality and the host's accomodations 9/10.

Only advice would be to have a water filter installed in the bathroom & kitchen sink, because of the sulfur inside the tap water. Water is not drinkable and sulfur made showering, washing teech and other hygiene activities very unpleasant.

Very nice apartment, we liked it very, very much. It has everything you need, has view to the port and town. The design is really cute and the location is quiet.

There was no cleaning done in 11 days, that was very unpleasant.
