there was a knock twice passed midnight with efforts to open the door and there was no bath in the room as promised
ZAI loved how the staff treated me when I got there, especially the woman. She attended my needs immediately and was very kind to me.
The check in time was not what I expected.

ZAAccording to Booking.com my check in was 11H00. I went there at 12H00 only to be told I can only check after 16H00, i had to be on the streets of Tembisa waiting for 16H00.
THEN I checked In at 17H00, because I was told I can't check in at 12H00. When I arrived there was no one to attend us. We had to wait while we are in the premises. Electricity kept on tripping, the bedding was dirty, and the water was cold 🥶
