No stuff at the B&B , had to phone before one of them came. Was booked with ensuite but had share with other guests.

Location as described. Bed was comfy

We weren't given a front door key after checking in. We were told it was to be left in a safe place as others used it. so we went out for dinner (checked key was there before we left) and after we got back (after 10pm) there was no key. We were left locked out for over half an hour. After phoning a few times and being told the key was in the safe place (which is wasn't ) we were told a code for a key box instead but this code didn't open the box. A man did eventually show up and let us in but I was glad to have my partner with me rather than being left outside on my own. Not a practical key situation. Room itself was basic and did the job but we booked for 2 adults and only got 1 towel. You do have to walk through the kitchen and living area to use the toilet which is not great in the morning when people are using the kitchen (there is a second toilet upstairs). It was also really loud with TVs from other rooms which woke us up in the morning. Not really the owners fault but just a comment if you're a light sleeper which I'm not

The property did not meet the description provided. There was no parking available near the property, and upon arrival, the staff were unaware of my booking. I was shown to a room that was unclean; the bed had not been changed from the previous occupant, the towel provided was damp, and the room had an unpleasant odour. I had paid for a room with a private bathroom, yet it was shared. Needless to say, I did not stay and found accommodation elsewhere. When I informed the owner of my departure, I was bombarded with phone calls from two different numbers. When I did answer, there was a complete lack of professionalism, and despite my request to be called the following day (as it was after 10 pm), the calls persisted. When I attempted to contact the owner the next day, my calls were ignored.

The location was the only reason for choosing this property as I needed to be in St George's Hospital early in the morning only a 10-15 minutes drive.

The house was empty and in darkness, no answer at the door so I had to phone someone to let me in - I was expecting the property to be a Hotel, not an air b&b or student accommodation. The person who turned up 15 minutes later and let me in was very personal in questions about who I voted for in the recent election and what I thought of recent rioting across the country. The room had not been cleaned with dirt all over the carpet and a bin full of used tissues in the bathroom. The nearest place for anything to eat was a twenty - thirty minutes walk away and only take-aways (x2) no sit down restaurants/pubs. I was awoken at 12:30pm with noisy guest/s arriving late, the area was noisy through the night with sirens going and low flying helicopter at 1:30pm. The breakfast was cook yourself eggs or toast or cornflakes which I disregarded and left the property early to buy a breakfast somewhere else. Parking is in a residents only area. I will not be returning.

The bed was comfortable although missing a wheel on it, I liked the privacy of having the bathroom attached the room. The bedding was clean. The host was nice and kind, showed me around and let me pick my room as no one else in.

Could have done with a hoover, no tea and coffee facilities unless you went to the shared kitchen, didn't have a sign so didn't know I was in the right place.
