Location was good as we were going to Wimbledon the next day.

Breakfast was out of date eggs, loaf of bread, corn flakes marmite and bread rolls. There were no teabags. Whole place felt shabby, dirty and smelt. Had to find our towels as there were none in the room. The owner only responded to 1 of my 3 messages and the mobile number given was not being answered.

It was basic although clean. Price was competitive for London.

Shower was unpleasant. Had to walk from room through kitchen to get to bathroom. Breakfast was described as 'continental breakfast' but it was help yourself and only bread, milk, cornflakes & eggs provided.

All Of It. This Property is now Officially On Record, with the Local Authority, Trading Standards, Law Society amongst others. Had to go to Hospital, because Bed Bug Bites from this place went septic, within 48 Hours. On entering the Room, Dirty Bedding, Dirty Bed Base, Not Hovered, Walls and Skirting Boards, Dirty Shoes and Bedding Left In Wardrobes, Old News Paper's In All Draws, Dirty Rubber Gloves Over Radiator, Used Soap With Pubic Hair, Used and Unflushed Toilet, Dirty Bath and Sink, Dirty Extractor Fan, Dirty Shower Screens, Nothing Is PAT Tested, No Fire Plan, No Fire Doors, No Smoke Alarms In Rooms etc etc. I requested to see their Public Liability Insurance, but was totally ignored. Booking.com have contacted the Owner, as I requested a Full Refund, offered £20.57p Only. Booking.com are also Liable ,as they Falsely Sold me something, under False Pretences. Also there is NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, instead you are greeted with a Dirty Kettle, Open Bread and Cornflakes, No Member Of Staff To Be Seen Anywhere. DO NOT STAY HERE

According to the web private bathroom, which wasn’t floor wet, could but have a shower as it smell. Staff disappeared. The bedroom door unbelievable. If the property take into consideration the place would look nice and extremely confi.
