GBThe Snug is very thoughtfully put together providing everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Its location in the wonderful village atmosphere of Bournville is perfect…. Only a few minutes on the train into the centre of Birmingham.
There’s nothing we didn’t like about The Snug… we would highly recommend.
GBAlthough “snug” there was plenty of space for a couple. We found it comfortable and well maintained and clean. It was good to have the sitting room and to have coffee facilities and TV downstairs and in the bedroom. Lots of extras provided such as milk, coffee etc and especially chocolate bars!
CAThe suite is beautifully designed. David was very kind. Great location with easy access to Birmingham's great transport system.

GBI had a lovely stay at the Snug. David could not have been more helpful, and the Snug is comfortable and perfect for a short stay. I really appreciated the attention to detail, and having parking was great.

GBSecond stay so all as expected. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, great communication, comfy bed and nice bed linen, good shower pressure and nice towels, lots of tea, coffee, etc. Great to have parking on the drive. Easy access with keybox. Will definitely be back!
Instructions for heating needed. We kept turning the thermostat down in the night but the heating kept coming back on and it was so hot! Ended up sleeping with the windows open on the coldest weekend of the year. Finally worked out how to switch it off in the morning.
