"Pleasant place to stay."

Spacious and functional living area and comfortable bedrooms with views of the sea. Short walk to the blow hole, caves and viewing\fishing terraces. The closest restaurant is Tasca do Joel which is superb. Probably best to have a car for easy access to shops\bars and beaches.

"Very good"

Bright spacious apartment, well-appointed kitchen. Clean. Lots of blankets, heaters. Easy parking, quiet location, great view. Close to downtown and hiking trails. The management team was fast and easy to contact.

Bed in master bedroom is too hard. Water heater cannot supply continous hot water, shower turns warm after 3-4 minutes. Master circuit breaker will trip if heaters and a kitchen appliance are on at the same time. Had to turn off heaters to boil water.

"Try to stay it is far from advertised"

It is far from promoted delix falt as it is totally worn out and missing some promised equipment.

We reserved for three days but left after first night due to alergic situation to the sheets. Asked for refund for two days left but mot get answer from booking.
