Położenie było największym atutem jeżeli chce się podróżować na własną rękę komunikacją. 3 min do Dworca Bari Cenrtale. Mieszkanie czyste, było w nim wszystko co potrzeba.

Świetnie trafiony apartament w samym centrum. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, zadbane, nie brakowało niczego. Kontakt w właścicielem wspaniały- odpowiadał na bieżąco na wszystkie pytania. Dostaliśmy listę sklepów, restauracji, polecanych miejsc do odwiedzenia. Lokalizacja przy samym Bari Centrale. Blisko sklepów lokalnych, restauracji, 5 min drogi od apartamentu był Lidl. W apartamencie były dwie duże sypialnie, łazienka, kuchnia z jadalnią oraz balkon. Bardzo przestronnie.

The flat is very near to the train station and luggage storage. Very clean. We spent there only a night, but it was ok. Staff very friendly, good communication. Very nice hand made decoration on the tiles.

The main issue was the air conditioning, which was not functioning during our stay—an essential feature of an Italian summer. I made it clear over the phone on arrival at about 5pm, that we did not want to remain in the apartment waiting for a maintenance person. This was declined. One person arrived and could not fix the air-con, but he owner wasn’t happy with this result, so I had to wait around while the host, found another maintenance person to come - who never arrived. In that time, my husband and daughter went out for dinner while I waited outside the building, as it was too hot to remain inside. At 8.30pm—well into the evening of our one-night stay—we were offered a discount to relocate to a different building. By then, this offer was too little, too late and really we had lost all confidence to continue doing business with this host. We believe we should have been permitted to cancel the booking immediately upon discovering that the air conditioning was not operational. In addition to this, the listing claimed the apartment could accommodate three people and included a living room. In reality, it was a one-bedroom unit with the living room reconfigured to serve as a second bedroom—significantly limiting the communal space. Furthermore, the first image in the listing shows a building that is not the one we stayed in, which is misleading. (I see now the listing has been changed to say one bedroom.) Lastly, we were surprised to see the property had just six reviews but a perfect score of 10. This does not reflect our experience, nor does the accommodation quality align with a 4-star rating. We feel this experience fell far below reasonable expectations, and I hope this feedback will help improve transparency and guest experience for future bookings. We paid $246 for this well below par booking and were extremely disappointed. In short as a guest, we were not heard, or looked after.
