Appartement Deluxe avec Piscine Privée

La piscine malgré le manque de transats.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans le logement, l'appartement était extrêmement sale. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui nous a donné les coordonnées d'une tierce personne (il s'agissait de la personne qui nous a remis les clés). Cette personne nous a dis qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour nous. Le ménage n'avait pas était fait: frigo, micro ondes, lit qui sentait l'urine, douche bouchée, toilettes sales avec des poils... Nous avons dû faire venir une femme de ménage que nous avons régler 200 dirhams. Pour terminer, nous nous sommes fais voler les enjoliveurs de la voiture qui etait garee sous les yeux du gardien. Le propriétaire nous a dis que nous pouvions partir et louer un autre logement mais tout était déjà loué et surtout nous avions payé et ce n'était pas remboursable. En revanche, nous leur avons laissé un logement propre avec des draps lavés et le ménage fait. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet appartement, à fuir !!!!

Located near Souk Al Ahad and not the beach which is 3.6kms away so i dont know why the photos show the beach. Big spacious secure apartment with fridge freezer, hob and other cooking facilities. Pool is as per the photos and attracts plenty of sun.

This is a nice apartment however there are plenty of things that need fixing or changing to make it Deluxe as the per the Heading. We were a family of 6. 2 adults and 4 children. On arrival we were given 4 towels, 2 bath and 2 face towels. Less than 1 each. We stayed for 11 nights and were never offered clean/change towels or clean bedding. Every other Apartment i have stayed in for more than 1 week has always offered new bedding, towels and an apartment clean. I received neither from this place. Fortunately the washing machine worked and was modern so we washed and dried the towels every day. The remote control for the AC/heating unit (only 1 located in the living room and none in the bedrooms) was missing and even after asking the owner and being told i would receive it, i never did. Meaning the apartment was cold at nights after the sun set. (8pm) The Gym equipment is all broken and not as per the photos. When the neighbours smoke the smell leaks into the apartment so the apartment smells of cigarette smoke at different times of the day. The Apartment needs cleaning better and theres many examples in my photos to show dust on the beds, limescale on the shower equipment and the cooker hob etc.. Neighbours complain about children making noise make this place non suitable for children or familys coming on holiday to enjoy and run off some energy. I had one aggresive neighbour knock on my door at 10am on a Sunday morning yelling and demanding my kids be silent. I appreciate the neighbour isnt used to british kids happy for winter sun but the owner of this apartment should take this into consideration when hiring out to families. Beds are very uncomfortable. Like sleeping on bricks. The mirror in the shower room is chipped and damaged in the corner. The shower head and unit is full of limescale.

Very accommodating staff and they helped us out last minute when our booked hotel had let us down. Facilities were very good and clean hotel. Excellent for families.

Self contained, apartment only.

Kitchen and bathroom / shower taps and attachments need updating, poor quality not helped by low water pressure.

Friendly people, nice apartment, very clean. We enjoyed the pool

Soap and blankets missing.

Host was very helpful and friendly. Place was clean and lots of space to chill. Beds were comfy too

Everything was perfect
