RUАппартаменты идеальные. Все новое, техника вся Samsung. Расположение топовое. До моря 200 метров, до входа в Ботанический сад - 300 метров. Шум волн, пение птиц. Да, в шаговой доступности нет магазинов и ресторанов, но с учетом того, что до центра Батуми можно добраться за 15 минут и 10 лари на такси - это не проблема
RUВ апартаментах тепло, вода горячая, постель чистая. Рядом Ботанический сад 200 метров, море 50 метров.

ILThe apartments are brand new. You have basically all you need. For me the big plus was the gym, it has everything as well.
I really think they need a black out curtains there, also if you give a fully equipped kitchen place some dishwashing soap and sponge and a kitchen towel, it’s kinda basic. Book the apartment only if you rent a car as well. Also note there is a train passing by under the building, so if you noise sensitive keep that in mind.
