Santacruz Surf Camp Morocco

Cozy hostel relatively close to the beach. Staff is very friendly and makes you breakfast when you wake up. Beds are very comfortable. The rooftop is fantastic as well.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and bathrooms. Good basic facilities. It's quiet at night and has an inviting terrace with wonderful views. Breakfast was basic but good, too. And there were other travellers to chat with.

This was the most amazing hostel I found in Morocco. The owner Lahcen put so much love in building this beautiful place & all the people who worked there were wonderful and made me feel like at home. The rooftop is great to socialize, practice yoga, read, or watch the sunset. Wifi is strong in all areas. The beds in the dorms are super comfortable and the curtain adds some privacy. Free towles are provided. All areas were cleaned daily. The breakfast is delicious and plenty served with tea/coffee and a fresh orange juice. On my last night, we cooked a traditional fish tajine, the best meal ever. I can highly recommend staying at Santa Cruz Hostel when visiting Tamraght or Taghazout for surfing or relaxation. What a vibe! I hope to visit again soon. So much gratitude, thank you!

One of the comfortable beds I ever slept in during travelling but might be due the reason that the hostel is new. Staff is superb. Nice and helpful, they let me use the laundry for free. Breakfast is rich and delicious. You can also you use the kitchen if you ask kindly. Big thumbs up.

The rooftop is amazing, so is the breakfast! Very comfortable place, with a helpful and caring staff. I will come back!

was a new hostel, clean, comfortable, quick internet, had an amazing terrace and view from up there, breakfast was decent, the staff was accomadating and kind

I didnt care for tamraght but this had nothing to do with the hostel

Maybe a better place to store surf boards

I have stayed in many hostels in my life over the last 20 years.. and this is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The owner ‘Lachen’ is a really great guy! He’s intelligent, attentive and is passionate about what he does. He’s really happy to talk about Moroccan culture and have a drink with you if you want to. The place only opened a few months ago, my advice would be come sooner than later as I think this place will get very busy when word spreads. It really is a hidden gem! Great rooms.. great showers.. an an amazing rooftop with stunning views out over the bay and all brand new facilities! i was meant to stay for 3 nights but booked another 4 nights as it was so good. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The location is perfect, the place has been recently renovated and looks great, especially the terrace. The staff have been incredibly kind to me, they helped me book a taxi to the airport at 5.30 am and woke up to make me breakfast before I left. Due to travel issues, I had to cancel a different reservation with them with very little notice and they were kind enough to give me a full refund. Thanks for everything!
