L'host è molto accogliente, cordiale e puntuale. La località è tranquilla, silenziosa e la struttura offre un parcheggio riservato. La stanza è di grandi dimensioni, appena ristrutturata con mobilio nuovo e pulito: è presente un armadio, letto matrimoniale (molto comodo), serrande elettriche, ottima connessione wifi, grande televisore con abbonamento a Netflix e altri. Il bagno di buone dimensioni, presenti tutti e tre gli elementi, grande finestra, asciugacapelli performante e prodotti di cortesia. Il corridoio è arredato a salottino, con sedie e tavolino, dove vi è a disposizione una macchinetta del caffè, bollitore per tè e prodotti confezionati per una colazione.

Suggerisco di esplicitare la presenza delle scale per raggiungere le stanze e di aggiungere un corrimano per agevolarne il passaggio.
