INThe proximity to the mandir and cleanliness of the place. Fixed price, good parking space.
The water kettle was not working and we couldn't get a replacement kettle after bringing it up with the manager. The bathroom door had over a two inch gap on all sides making it uncomfortable to use. We stayed in 102. Maybe the other rooms are different.
INLooked like a newly built place with clean and neat room and bathroom. It's about 5mins from temple by walk. Our stay was comfortable. Food is also very nice.
