Auckland sweet home

The room is super clean and host Gina is very friendly. We had the studio room with 2 large double beds that can fit up to 4 people. Our bathroom is also very clean. You will be given the access code to enter the place. We had a car park, right in front of the place. Just the bathroom door rattles. it just needs to fix, but that's just a minor issue. I forgot to ask the host as I am not sure if guests can use the kitchen for breakfast. We always sleep in and eat out every day. So please feel free to check it out. We can recommend this place to anyone.

Clean

Communication and it was not mentioned in the listing that we had to open our shoes downstairs before we went into the house. We had to walk bare foot in the whole house including going to the bathrooms. Also, parking was an issue as we had to wake up early in the morning to move our car as someone had to move their car. The cars needed to be double parked. This is basically a house and the owners live in one room and is renting out the other rooms so there is not enough parking for all guests so that they can move their cars as they wish.

The place seemed quite new and the bathroom was very good, except for a loose toilet roll holder. The bedroom had plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable.

No bedside lamp or lamps, no mirror in the bedroom and no USB charging ports. We were told there were about four car parks in front of the building, where we could probably park, otherwise park readily on the street. When we returned after dinner, we were the fourth car, and could see we would be able to leave readily in the morning. Except in the morning a fifth car had blocked us in and our host blamed us for leaving early (7.40am). And, BTW, our observation suggested on-street parking would be only on broken yellow lines!
